How much milk does your 18 month old drink?

Dd is nearly 18 months and is starting to cut down her nighttime bottle - she did have 240ml now it's more like 150ml. It's the only bottle she has usually, drinking apple juice with water or just water through the day.

Not got an 18 month old anymore but the recommended minimum between 1 and 2 years us 300ml a day of full fat cows milk.

This doesn't have to be all in a bottle though. Does she have milk with cereal? How about other foods with milk like fish pie, cauliflower cheese or rice pudding?

Could you offer her a sippy cup with some milk and fruit to eat as one of her snacks?

Thank you Jilted, much appreciated. She does love cheese and yoghurt, although prefers cereal dry, so would prob have at least 300ml if that can be included too?

Think that between 1 and 2 you can include cheese and yoghurt, after 2 there us no minimum recommended amount.

If you are worried have a google of calcium rich foods Smile
