bf @ 7:45am breakfast: oatabix + ebm @ 8:30am Sometimes a snack at 10am: natural yoghurt Lunch at 11:30/12noon: houmous sandwich /eggy bread /pasta /beans on toast. Fruit for pudding Pre nap breast feed at 12:30pm, (or ebm if I'm at work) Nap after lunch Post nap bf (or ebm if I'm at work) + small snack (yoghurt/ricecake/fruit at 3pm Tea at 5pm -fish/veg/mash. Fruit for pudding Pre-bedtime bf @ 7pm Dreamfeed at 11pm, sleeps through until 7:30ish
Times are approximate, obviously.
So she has three meals, one or two snack plus five breastfeeds, but I think her feeds are 4oz each max.
He has about 4oz of cows milk in a beaker when he wakes at 7. Big bowl of porridge and a mashed banana for breakfast at 8 Offered a snack at 10 but doesn't really want it - breadstick or cheese or oaty bar. Lunch at 12 - sandwich/pasta/omelette etc plus fruit and yoghurt. Or if we are out for lunch, he shares mine. Snack at 3 - as at 10 Tea at 530 - pasta, fish pie, beef casserole, Thai green curry etc plus fruit and yoghurt. 7 oz of cows milk in a bottle at 645 before bed.
He doesn't feed at night and normally sleeps 7-7. He has started waking again in the last week but settles quickly with a drink of water or his dummy. I think it is developmental as he is starting to take wobbly steps on his own.
