I've been sticking to fruit and vegetables with a few gluten free grains (baby cereal basically). Am going to start oats and dairy this week - we're one week shy of 6mo. Will be introducing meat/fish and wheat over the next few weeks.
5 month old been weaning for a month due to reflux and not taking much milk. Happy on solids but showing huge interest in my meals. Do you stick to guidelines and rules or do you offer off your plate (within reason) thanks xx
