When should I start weaning dd?

She was born on the 16th of Oct. Should I wait til around 16th Apr?
Or should I start giving her pureed sweet potato etc from now?

The advice is to wait until 6m so 26 weeks

DS was born on 22nd Oct and I'm waiting until the 22nd of April. The advice is wait until 6months/26 weeks. It's a messy business so may as well enjoy the last few weeks of relatively easy feeds :)

Six months/26 weeks or when she reaches the criteria here which may be slightly sooner or later, depending on your dd.
