Coconut yoghurt and cows milk protein intolerance

I bought the coconut yoghurt from whole foods and it was expensive, £1.99 for a smallish tub. I figured it would last a couple of days though especially if mixed with stewed fruit.

Don't see why not. My ds is cmpi too and I looked into it when he was being weaned. You can buy dairy free coconut based yogurts from specialist food shops but they are expensive.

Try buying the thick coconut cream and mixing it with purée/chopped fruit.

Where can you get coconut milk yogurt!? I would love some, I can't see any reason why not if it states no dairy.

I'll post this in allergies too, but is there any reason why CMPI DS can't have coconut milk yoghurt?
