OMG Hubb isnt working next week and wants to go away please HELP me find somewhere for this weekend

me, hub and 4yr old
2 nights - prob Sunday and Monday
Nice hotel with pool
Some kind of family attractive (not theme park) around zoo shouldnt be too many crowds!
We are in Midlands so not too far a field
