Tobermory (balamory)

I visited Tobermory on Sunday and was most disappointed for the children who were on our bus. The ferry from Oban takes almost an hour, beautiful scenery though, then there is a hour's bus run to Tobermory. It looks lovely with all the coloured cottages just like Balamory on CBeebies. However we had difficutlty finding a cafe that was open and all there was for the children was 2 toy shops with a few Balamory Souvenirs. So if you want to take the kids there on a Sunday pack a picnic.
