I'm taking DH to Fort William this weekend for our anniversary - getting sleeper up from London friday night, staying in a guest lodge about 11miles outside fort william saturday, dinner booked somewhere else saturday night, sleeper back to London on Sunday evening.
I wasn't going to hire a car because we can taxi it relatively cheaply to the guest house, then we'll taxi again to dinner so he can drink (I can't drive)...
the weather looks like it'll be raining all weekend at the moment, just hoping someone's got some ideas of things we can do saturday/sunday in Fort William and elsewhere that we can access by public transport, or if you think I should just hire a car?
