if you have your own caravan then here are 2 you could stay at.

I can find details of a great little hotel we stayed at in October half term if you would like - DD won tickets so we made a wekend of it.

yes please, i'm looking at just staying in the hotel but for 2 nights its £231 just for bed and breakfast!

We stayed here. It's worth phoning & negotiating (we got a deal on 2 nights). The accomodation was in an annexe to the hotel so you had your own front door (like a motel). We had 4 of us in a room for 3 & took a camp bed as they were full. The breakfast is great but we ate out in Cheadle for an evening meal - loads of places. There was a fab little Indian tucked away in a side street. Drove to Alton Towers in about 20 mins I think.

There are also loads of B&B's in Alton but they were all booked up as it was half term, this was all we could get but we would go back again.

Star Caravan and campsite-
about 1.5 miles from alton towers- we stayed there last year- its a lovely site with a FANTASTIC 14th century pub right outside the gates
