Really Fed Up Trying to Find a Holiday in UK - Need some help please!

OK, I'm getting really naffed off now. We decided on the Isle of Wight but no availability anywhere in July, plus everywhere we liked didn't accept children under 5 !

So, now we've switched our attention to either Dorset, Devon or Cornwall.

In terms of numbers : Me, dh & 3yo dd PLUS my childless friend who'd prefer an ensuite bathroom (with bath Agh!!!!!)

Other criteria is an outdoor/ indoor pool, enclosed garden, close'ish to a sandy beach BUT absolutely NO CARAVAN parks

Am I asking too much ? I thought a UK holiday would be easy peasy to sort out, I know we've left it a bit late tho.

Budget - would consider anything as this will be our main holiday.

Have looked at Hope Cope & Sands (Newquay) - any comments ?

I've stayed here loads of times and it's lovely. I'm trying to remember if the 3 bed villas have a second ensuite. I know the master bedrooms do.
