Hoping someone can help... Have only had bad experiences with builders in Clapham so far (got them from my hammer...don't trust all the reviews!) and looking for someone can trust to do a utility room in our cellar which means will need tanking and pump system for washing machine etc. Have asked well regarded basement companies and job too small. Any recommendations very gratefully received as at this rate I'll be doing it myself. Thanks! PS Thinking of using IKEA units, if anyone has experience of them would love to know. Apparently they are very hard wearing, which does seem odd given it's IKEA.
