'Handyman'/cleaner in Manchester reccomendations

Hi,

The seal around my bath has become rather black and mouldy in places. Also some of the grout as it is a bath/shower in one and I always use the shower. I'm thinking of just paying someone to do it as I don't realky have the time. The main I guess would be replacing the seal but it would also be good if they could get rid of the mould between the tiles as well. Any reccomendations? I'm in Castlefiekd. I don't know any I can ask. Thanks.

P.s. Also this is less urgent but I also have a stain on my hard wood floor from where I split laundry liquid and also a bit of discolouration on the edge of a carpet from where the mould from the window got to it. Any reccomdations for that would be good too. Thanks.
