Personally, I will never do them again, we got one last year and once we had paid the initial money, we got stiffed for another 100.00 for electric, linen allowance, ground rent and loads of other things, which we couldn't get out of paying as we had 'signed the contract' with the sun.

We done the same Radley, we upgraded our caravan too so it ended up costing around the same as it would booking through Haven.

Good luck if you stick to the basic caravan and your dates are not popular ones you should hopefully get a holiday.
