Hi,

Is there a website for house/flat swaps?

Want to swap our 2 bed very modern flat in London for either something close to a beach or in an interesting city.

We have used //www.homeexchange.com for the last number of years and have had 8 great exchanges. You need to be flexible with your dates and destinations and open to new places but we have had a fantastic experience. It costs about £70 per year which is great value even if you only do one exchange and keeps out time wasters too.
