Campsite near Fountains Abbey

Can anyone recommend one? We will be 2 families with 3 kids in all aged 4-9 plus a couple, camping in August. Nearby pub would be nice but not essential. We don't need EHU. Thanks!

Sleningford caravan park, (do camping as well) it's in west Tanfield about 12 miles away, local pub 1 mile and you can walk around the field by the river to get there. Should be some more a bit closer too.

I would agree with above, sleningford is the only one I can think of with pub nearby!
other ones you could look at are woodhouse farm in winksley( nearest to fountains) or riverside meadows in Ripon ( has clubhouse!) or lockside in littlethorpe.
