Nice hotel in Kent for 1 night?

Having a valentines/anniversary/birthday night away (although not on valentines, the week before) we have a room booked already but it's quite pricey at £150. It's a gorgeous place so if can't find an alternative we will keep the booking but £150, eeekk!
Can anyone recommend a nice hotel or pub with rooms? Somewhere "villagey" would be lovely

Elvey Farm in Pluckley is absolutely wonderful, we went for our wedding anniversary and the food was amazing and the rooms perfect.
