Leicester train station...anyone know it well?

I need an obvious landmark inside the station ...somewhere to meet my slightly scatty mother(actually i'm pretty scatty too). Never been there before and neither has she...some where dead obvious..that you get off the train and see. Any ideas appreciated

It's not a big station - if you simply wait upstairs inside the main concourse you're unlikely to miss each other. You could say outside the newsagent/under the departures board/by the coffee stand?
