Take the boat along the river to London Bridge and either wander along the South bank to Hay's Galleria and More London or wander around Borough market. Plenty of choices.

You could also try the new Hush Brasserie opposite St Pauls Cathedral and take in a walk over the Millennium Bridge to get there.
