Things to do in and around Croyde

Hi

We're off to Croyde with DD aged 4 next week. I've got a few ideas, we're definitely doing The Big Sheep, been before and loved it. DD wants to go to the beach, go rockpooling and fishing with her little net. I was thinking of Lynmouth for rockpooling and fishing, is there anywhere better?

What else can we do? What is good if the weather is rubbish? Are there any swimming pools locally?
