Ask for assistance when you get to the platform at Waterloo station over one of those information point intercom things. I think they'll send a guard down to help you find the right platform. am pretty sure they do this at kings cross as its very close to the RNIB, so perhaps they are able to do it at all stations. Otherwise, I'm sure another passenger will help you (as long as it's not rush hour), most people are actually very happy to lend a hand with buggies and stuff.
Hi I'm after some advice. I'm travelling from Waterloo to Kings Cross with a three month old in a pushchair. I'm partially sighted and would like some advice on how easy it is to do this. I've done this alone but have never done it with my little one. I'm not confident on escalators with her as I dont feel safe with her. Thank you in advance for your help
