Things to do in Lincoln?

Hi,
I'm planning to take DS 12 to Lincoln for a few days between Christmas and New Year to show him where I grew up and am looking for some inspiration.

We'll take a hike up Steep Hill to visit the cathedral and castle but as its many years since I was last there I was wondering what else we could do.

Any ideas would be very gratefully received!
