Hi there, can I pick the collective brain please?

DH has been having a tough time with his health recently and I have forced him to take some time off work and said I will organise a long weekend away for us and DD (nearly 4). He absolutely loves Centre Parcs so that is my automatic default but can anyone recommend a good family-friendly hotel/park in Surrey/Dorset/Wiltshire/Hampshire as an alternative?
