what's the best 'big kid' 2 wheeler scooter?

DS is 8.5 and needs to move up a scooter size.

I know nothing about stunt scooters and what the big kids use . He's fairly tall and needs a scooter than is suitable for a whizz around the skate park and a short journey to school.

Do all the big scooters do the thing where you can turn the board 360 degrees around the handle? He thinks that's cool .
