all help gratefully received....

has read Roald Dahl.

has 10-year-old brother so house is already full of (unused) lego

wants ipod touch but that isn't going to happen......

he's not that good at sport and just got a new bike
is going to get a new two-wheel scooter and a badminton set.

I'm stuck! please help! What did you get your eight year old?

If you want to buy him a book, he might enjoy Terry Pratchett's Bromeliad or Johnny trilogies.

My DS is 8 as well this summer. His reading is not good so I am buying story CDs - famous 5 and HP - 1st book only (that is still 8 CDs!). DS doesn't have great motor skills so I have also bought a great catching game from Hamleys.
