I tend to wear long lycra tights (as they call them in shops Hmm) but now the summer sort of came I want something shorter. DO I get short tights, above the knee tights, 3/4 ones or shorts? Confused Don't want to flash anyone but it's hot so the full length leggings are not doing it for me!

I have cropped ones which are a bit cooler than full length.

Thanks blameit (i am not calling you 'bogey'!) and pumkin.

I was just wondering if shorts are the done thing. Most probably will go to h&m or sth similarly cheap and buy short, long shorts, cropped ones Grin I just don't want to look attention seeking like some peeps at the gym. Most just wear 3/4 or full length.

Go for the Capri length would be the safest bet. I wear different attire for whichever type of gym I'm in. Eg commercial or health club booty shorts come out because that's where I'd do my cardio and I get very hot. Might also wear these when training with my coach as I may of had body fats done just before. But when I go training at the old school gym I'm pretty much in Capri length bottoms and a vest top trying to blend in amongst the big guys who give all women uttermost respect on the lifting circuit. I see where your coming from with the attention seeking however I dress for comfort and when I'm training I'm in that zone I don't talk to a soul no phone just a pen and my training log that hour is to focus on my goals I don't see what others are doing unless they are texting on equipment that I'm wanting to use now that bugs me
