Mysterious shelves

Ok so I've opened my front door this morning to throw a nappy in the bin and found a wicker shelving unit at the side of my door, I've not been expecting anyone to drop off any pieces of furniture and don't know whether this arrived last night or this morning. The only gifts I usually get are left by my cats and consist of dead mice and birds
