I fell off today Blush that hasn't happened in years, but I was cantering and she took a fright at a pigeon flapping up manically from a tree, leaped sideways and I went the other way.

I have really rather hurt my knee and my wrist is sprained and my shoulder hurts too.

No permanent damage though Smile

Poor you, it does seem to hurt more when you don't do it very often doesn't it? I last fell off four years ago - broke my wrist - that for the first time for about ten years and I'm rather hoping it'll be another ten years before it happens again!

Ouch, that doesn't sound like fun. I don't know how old you are, but I certainly have found I don't bounce as well in my 30's as I did in my teens and twenties! Trying hard to ignore the fact that 40's are approaching rapidly!

I got a dislocated shoulder a couple of weeks ago. It was a Sunday I was awake all night with the pain got it popped back in on the mon. It still hurts. Just grateful DH didn't land on me as she weighs three quarters of a tonne!
