Wood pellet bedding. Just started using it & I love it! Chopped straw/hemp bedding etc too. Also would say straw fork rather than prong, not sure if many people use them. Good luck!.

Surely it is all in the Pony Club manual?

You should have got the manual when you joined pony club? Well we did but maybe I paid extra for it, so long ago I can't remember!
Yes think you have everything there.

prong = straw fork (not pitchfork)

btw google is your friend!

also, I would not put 'cardboard' with types of bedding

I would say

straw
wood shavings
shredded paper
peat
rubber mats

I know someone who uses little cardboard squares for bedding. Awful stuff makes a mess everywhere but it's definitely cardboard.
You can buy bales of bedding made from hemp as well.
I would add rubber gloves to mucking out tools as I find there's a lot less faffing if you pick up the poos first before getting to work with the fork. Also if you just want to do a quick tidy up rather than a full muck out it's much easier to keep some gloves and and old bucket handy, especially if you are likely to have to wait your turn for a barrow.

Add woodchip to you bedding list. It's similar to muck out to shavings but as it is a little heavier it falls of the fork easier giving less wastage. Also as you can but it from a heating supplier you only pay fuel tax 7%) instead if 20% vat. Nice and cost effective.

I've used cardboard before and quite liked it - the poo stays on top and tends not to get mixed in as the bed doesn't move move much and it's really adsobant. It's not very pretty coloured though.

I've also used shredded paper which mucks out like straw. If you can find a source who has an industrial shredder on site you can usually get it for the cost of the bags or free.

I have the PC manual in a box in the garage but it is, ahem, around 30yrs old so I fear it may not be quite up to date!!

My girls have done quite a few badges now. Its well worth buying the pony club manual.
