My beloved brown leather boots have finally succumbed to too many hours stood in wet fields and I've had to bin them.I'm off to Burghley and the Midland Game Fair next month and am hoping to find some replacements.I don't need them for riding, but spend a lot of time in wet fields with the dds and their ponies,so they need to be waterproof and comfortable.

Any recommendations or brands to avoid?
Thank you.

I've got some Sherwood Forest boots. They're lovely! Warm, comfortable and very dry and waterproof. I bought them at a game fair last year and got them for about half price.

I love my arait grasmeres, never had wet feet and always polish up well. Have gone a bit saggy around the ankles but I have skinny ankles and ride in them too. Still love them.

Tuffa Sufflok boots.

They are ok to wear shopping or dog walking. Absolutely fabulous.

Do you want leather? Because I bought the neoprene lined aigle's - amazing for winter, really comfy, really warm and not slippy at all...
