Just had an email through about a show at Onley run by Bsps area 17 that is just for junior members. Didn't know if that was any good as an outing for your daughter.

That is really kind of you MrMonkey. We had spotted it on Facebook - it is in Leicestershire not Olney - but sadly it's too general for us.

DD and SP were 4th in their first HOYS qualifier yesterday at South of England with good marks. We're going to commit to Hoys qualifers now until BSPS Summer Champs.

Our next show should be Lincoln on 20th June.

Well done! We didn't have a great day the judge was not a fan of my pony but never mind! We are at Lincoln on the Thursday a late one for us as I think we are in the ring after 12 - although Cheshire is an 8.30 start and its almost a 4 hour drive!

Sorry about your judge but that's showing. We're also in at Lincoln on Thursday - very early class for us though (4am leave!).

That Area 17 show is a good idea in principle - just for younger children -but instead of having lots of proper Tiny Tots, LRs, First Type, FRs, 122s, 128s, Young Riders etc it is more of a fun show which is disappointing for a BSPS area. However I guess it will be great for children in that area who are new to showing and it will mean no horses in the warm-ups arenas!
