Is January lambing innit, they are in a barn. THEY MAKE ME SO BROODY.
I want to offer some kind of equine tourist service, such as leading holiday makers on hacks. We've got some lovely and unusual routes, the water ride for example and the 'race track'. But I don't know if I could consistently resist the gallop home, am working on it.
Mmm, I'm hoping to take dhorse elsewhere for the summer and my field will be standing empty (but will still have to pay for it). I wonder if the owner will let me sub-let it to a horsey holiday maker? There's a nice pub just round the corner .
I know both - have not been near valley farm for a while (used to help out at their neighbour, Potsford, once a week) but boundary really is the next farm to us (and I have humiliated myself on their xc course ) the hacking is definitely better
and of course private peaceful was shot (quite a lot of it) at our place
oh please come!
I suspect valley farm has more stuff on their actual doorstep, like Easton farm park but it's only a few miles up the road anyway
Since last year we totally failed to go away at all (due to vile weather stopping camping), we are looking at sorting something definate out for this year - and would like to take dpony with us.
Anyone done this? I've been looking at Valley Farm in Suffolk if anyone knows anything about it, esp as then I could do some fun stuff too, but anywhere reasonably priced in school holidays that can accomodate me, dh, ds(7), ddog and dpony would be fabulous
