Has anyone on here done the Senco accreditation?

I'm feeling completely overwhelmed at the moment with all the theory, critical thinking and referencing! It seems to be at the expense of my actual SEN workload as well-I have 4 EHCP applications to write and NO time!

Can anyone offer me any words of wisdom?

I wonder if anyone has ever failed this course-I feel like I may be the first Blush.

I always considered myself pretty academic-straight As at A level and a 2.1 in my first degree but this seems really different. Plus, that was all a long time ago...

I completed it in February - it's a lot of work I agree and I'm glad I've finished it. Keep going with it.....

Do you have any tips?! I'm finding that the standard and focus of writing expected is quite different to what I've been used to and even that was decades ago! How do you show critical thinking!!?

Is your tutor any good? I was nervous about asking for help but actually, they were really, really helpful.

I'm part way through the course too. Literature reviews ahoy!
