Moving from lower KS1 to KS2 - Help!

I've been teaching for over 10 years and have taught right across Primary, but I've spent the last few years in Reception and Year 1.
I'm starting a new job after Christmas in Year 4!!! I know it will be fine once I get back into the swing of things (hopefully)I think I'll just feel like an NQT for the first few weeks.
I'd be grateful for any tips and words of wisdom as of what to expect, also what do you think the rewards/challenges are?
