I have to decide if I can return to work next week or not (signed off with stress). I really don't ever want to go back, but I know I have to. How do I know if/when I'm ready?

Do you have to because your stress leave has run out?

Your post says you're not ready and need to consult GP and regional-level union rep.

The idea that you have to is a huge stresser. What about supply for a while?

Can't really consider supply due to childcare. I don't think I want to teach at all, anymore.

Texted my colleague and no reply... Guess she's really annoyed with me
