Got observation second week back and already getting myself in a complete and utter state. Never had less that good if not outstanding for last 2 but always worry. This time though big time. Major illness in summer which resulted in only returning on phased last term. Done 1 full week with class. Physically still recovering, emotionally I am do happy to be at work it is helping me cope with everything. But arghhhhhh observation. Need to breath and think if it's bad then only way is up. But arghhhhhhhhhhh

I am sure you will be fine, observations are stressful just do the things that de- stress you. I remind myself that I am doing my best ,I honestly can't do anymore and I am a decent teacher. Then I consign myself to fate and walk the dog. It will be over soon....good luck.
