Hello all.

I am curious to know how your schools are reporting without NC levels.

Many thanks.

Watching with interest - we're continuing to report to parents with NC levels at the moment.

We are giving parents the indicative grade and telling them if their child is above, on or below the level needed to achieve that grade. Not had to have any conversations with parents yet, though, so it will be interesting!

Oh, yes. We are still doing assessments that are levelled, along with book marking etc, but students and parents are not aware of the level they are achieving - just whether they are working at, below or above what they need to achieve their indicative grade.

Stages. Emerging, developing, secure and exceeding ( I think) in each stage. So Stage 2 emerging for eg for a child in Y2 at the moment on track or very able Y1 child. Assessed using Rising Stars progression frameworks on Classroom Monitor. Working ok at the moment but it's a lot to get our heads round and moderating is interesting.........
