I am hoping to return to teaching after a 5 year break. I have an interview on Thursday at a new school due to open in September. With no pupils to teach I have to give a 10 min presentation on an outstanding lesson I have taught to a mixed ability Y7 group.
I struggling with structuring the 10min. Here's what I have so far. Any comments or ideas to make me stand put would be greatly appreciated.

Intro to who I am
The group- ability, sen
The learning objective and how this was shared with the pupils
The task
Differentiation- by task/outcome
Follow up lessons
Observations-what went well / weaknesses
Plan for next time and what I did to address weaknesses
Any question
Thanks in advance for any comments.

Could you go a bit radical and actually teach the interview panel a portion of your lesson? I also think that you need to show that you jnow what outstanding would be like, what in that lesson made it so good?

Thanks I will definitely include some involvement of the panel. Anything I teach will have to be short as I only have 10min.
