I have not worked in early years for 6 years and even then it was a long term sick cover so I pretty much fitted in with how things were run when I got there. I am now interested in applying for a job in an F1 class. It would pretty much mean setting the area up and they want someone who can promote it in the local area.
I really need advise on how things run in early years nowadays, what shall I put on my covering letter? Really struggling, haven't applied for a job for years. Please help.
Person spec says need to be up on assessment based learning, and need to be able to promote the new nursery facility.
Thankyou to anyone who can help.

Agree - voluntary work in an outstanding setting if possible.
