My lovely lady has always been vocal. I wonder if its because every time she mewed as a kitten I would chat back? But. She is such a meower!

She sleeps with me all night, and we wake up spooning.
I feed her first thing in the morning.
Her litterbox is always clean.
She has her toys out.
I let her out for a run of the communal hall after breakfast.

And STILL she follows me round the apartment meowing at me! What on earth could she want now??

Probably just a good chat about important issues of the day. Lost catnip mice, the quality of kibble, Trump's chances in the US election - that sort of thing.

She has so much attention from me! and i work from home so I'm there all day. She does shh after a small chat, and goes for a nap on my bed.

She's ok, isn't she? Just chatty, bossy, demanding? (like me!)

this is our usual wake up position

If she's like mine, she needs to to tell her how clever she is, how beautiful she is, how wonderful she is.

Then she may deign to chill for a while.

She wants a cuddle, I have to pick mine up and snuggle then place in front of food before I get any peace.

Aww my baby. We cuddle a lot. I was thinking of getting one of those baby sling things, so I can carry her in front of me and she can be close to me while I'm doing stuff round the house

I know someone who Wears their cat in a sling, I'd love to do that!

Mines the same and it usually means she wants to proper playtime. Jumping and leaping. It requires effort on my part and my arms get a good work out. Shes also a flatcat (so far) and i wonder if thats why shes so demanding? Ive been up with her since 6 and now shes merrily gone to slerp for six hours. God forbid i should try and get anything done though shes wide awake as soon as she hears the door handle go. Im wondering if it will calm down after the op?

She might become calmer with a bit of age on her - as well as the op. Lots of playing and attention is good though. Smile
