Can anyone recommend a company/website?
I'm looking for something to keep a memento of cat fur in and wondering if anyone has any recommendations for places they used

I have a pewter heart with some of William's ashes in it, I don't know if it would be suitable for keeping some fur?

I found this quite lovely, when I was searching for a keepsake for another reason.

Also have a look around on Etsy, you can find literally anything you want on there.

I popped a lovely long black whisker in a Halcyon days enamel box. It was one we already had (I collect them) and the message fitted.
I just had a meander around ebay- and came across this. It might not be what you have in mind at all, but I found it touching.

And this one (again, my taste, may not be anything like what you have in mind)

They are waaaaaaaaaaaaaay more affordable on ebay - the Halcyon days site itself now has quite limited choice, I think, and they are very costly nowadays (I stopped collecting about 6 years ago)

Thanks all, have had a nice ramble around easy and there are lots of ideas.

The crematorium are going to take prints of her front paws for me and I will look at some of the paw print jewellery options then.

You can also have a pinch of ashes set in glass, and made into memorial jewellery. They sparkle like star-stuff. Smile

We had Bruce cremated when he passed away aged 20. They delivered him back to us in a small wooden casket, but also gave us a keyring with a scrap of his fur in. Only the cheap plastic type, but they made sure to get some of all the different colours of his tabby fur. It made me cry when they gave it to us as I wasn't expecting it.

There's a company called Memories of Growing Up that sells small silver capsules and slightly bigger silver and gold capsule as a necklace or charm bracelet www.memoriesofgrowingup.com/shop/. Great for keeping any small memento.
