Poorly kitten, what next?

We picked up our kittens last week. The boy started coughing after 2days and has had a injection of antibiotics and antibiotic drops for a week. Saturday he's still chesty so another injection and now he's sneezing! Other than that that he seems fine and lively. Guess we might be seeing vet again :-(
