That's not £30? And preferably doesn't have animal print on the sides Grin

We have been using similar cardboard ones which they love, for sharpening and lying on. They scratch them to bits though and even with daily hoovering there are constantly bits of shredded cardboard everywhere.

Thanks!

Our cats have issues with weeing on doormats. I think it started when another cat was hanging around on our doorstep but now they just see any mat in the hall as a weeing spot. We need this board in the hall as they have shredded the carpet in a particular spot.

Thanks Amber bunny, that's great!

This is what the latest cardboard one looks like after a couple of weeks.

Would they wee on it if you spray cat nip on a mat?

I've always had great success with carpet samples - taken from those big books that carpet shops have. They're frequently free and just need 'anchoring' in some way to be a good scratch. (One edge under a heavyish piece of furniture would do it.) If you know of any carpet shops nearby?
