He's so cute!

Mouseinahole Wed 27-Apr-16 12:51:21

The breeder says he is very naughty and very active eeeeek!

cozietoesie Wed 27-Apr-16 13:04:52

He looks as if he's going to be a very.......determined........sort of cat. grin

Fluffycloudland77 Wed 27-Apr-16 15:12:52

He's ADORABLE. He's got trouble writ all over him though.

cozietoesie Wed 27-Apr-16 15:46:39

Oh Yes. If ever you could describe a look as 'pugnacious', he has it. smile

Fluffycloudland77 Wed 27-Apr-16 16:07:05

Asbo has the same expression. It's the "I'm going to be naughty and you can't do anything because I have tenure" look.

cozietoesie Wed 27-Apr-16 17:00:19

And he's right! grin

How's your willpower, Mouse?

Mouseinahole Thu 28-Apr-16 09:51:49

Oh gosh I'm terrified now! I said to the breeder,'Are you trying to scare me?' Her reply was,'No, just being honest!'
I also said that I thought kittens slept 20 hours a day, I remember being worried that Trevor slept so much.
'Some do...'
Oh heck!!

cozietoesie Thu 28-Apr-16 10:01:30

No need to be terrified at all. smile In my experience, the naughty ones are usually the bright ones which is great fun.

Just prepare yourself to talk to him a lot. And book that 4 month vet appointment for Pom Pom relinquishment. wink

Mouseinahole Fri 29-Apr-16 09:30:18

Good morning from Trevor smile

cozietoesie Fri 29-Apr-16 09:31:50

He looks 'all grown up' now. smile

cozietoesie Fri 29-Apr-16 09:32:39

How old is he at the moment? smile

Mouseinahole Fri 29-Apr-16 12:35:10

Trevor will be 6 months old tomorrow. He is still very kittenish in his behaviour. He is very affectionate with us but he hides from visitors which is a bit unfortunate.

Vinorosso74 Fri 29-Apr-16 13:44:47

He's a beautiful cat, lovely markings. I like his expression in the photo.

cozietoesie Fri 29-Apr-16 14:00:50

Until he came to live with us, all I really remember of Seniorboy was this pale backside retreating quickly down a long corridor.

As long as he's OK with the family. smile

Fluffycloudland77 Fri 29-Apr-16 14:48:58

I don't mind ours hiding from guests, sometimes I'd like to do the same but dh can't fathom the espresso machine.

They are both scrumptious.

springhasprung Fri 29-Apr-16 14:51:48

Oh wow he is gorgeous!!

Mouseinahole Mon 02-May-16 08:26:53

Well we had a big family do at the weekend. The grandchildren (7-18) were desperate to meet Trevor. He spent the whole time under the sofa. He came out when it was just dh or me but otherwise the most to be seen was the tip of a tail.

cozietoesie Mon 02-May-16 09:12:17

Remember that sort of thing well. smile Don't worry about it. They'll likely just accept that he's 'unsociable' as a fact of life.

Fluffycloudland77 Mon 02-May-16 09:14:38

They'll have to visit more often one by one, bring cake to facilitate sit down conversation & earn his trust.

He's obviously not a cat who's going to give it up that easily.

cozietoesie Mon 02-May-16 09:15:46

After all, his 'family' are you and DH. As far as he's concerned, the DGCs are likely just a bunch of noisemakers. grin

Mouseinahole Tue 03-May-16 08:30:33

They've gone!!

Fluffycloudland77 Tue 03-May-16 16:02:35

How long did it take between them leaving and him getting up there.
