I can't get it to work properly. The one tag appeared to pair up ok.. tried it once.. then it wouldn't work again. The other tag didn't even do that..nada, nothing.

What am I doing wrong?

How odd -are they from the same pack? Might be duds. Mine worked easily.

Mine did this when the battery cover on the side wasn't fitted properly and kept losing contact, or could the batteries be going flat?
