I have seen a cat on a rescue website and obviously have fallen in love Grin

Called the centre and had a good discussion about him, his needs, his temprement etc, sent them paperwork etc and he seems really suitable. Did I mention I love him?

Just had a look at where the centre is and it's fecking miles away. I've no idea why it came up in my postcode search. I don't drive but it is an hour by car and nearly THREE HOURS by train (with four yr old DD) - they are having an open day at the centre tomorrow and he will bloody well go won't he? Sad

I might try train on Sunday and just hope for the best but if it goes well will still have to go back to collect him and ARRRRGH.

Do you have any friends or family who drive and could help out?

You will need to check they are willing to come out that far for the Home Visit.

It's through Cats Protection who gave me a home visit 6 months ago so I have the paperwork to say I have been approved. The lady at the centre also suggested I take pics of garden to show access/proximity to road which I have done and sent them modern

No family and friends busy over weekend. Restricted in week because, work.
