I'm so sorry to hear that - my old moggie is sat with me now she's very old, I try to cherish her every day as I know she's not going to be around for much longer. She's been a big part of my life so I know how you will be feeling.

It's heartbreaking. Spoil with chicken and love. You'll instinctively know what's the best thing to do. Rotten news.

He is 14. Loves tuna. And cuddles, on his terms Grin. The vet said they could amputate his leg, but would only add weeks, and trauma would be bad. Last week, he was hopping in and out our window. Now he is dying. Poor old boy

Time for chicken and fresh fish, I'd say. Dreamies if he likes them (mine don't).

It's such a sad time. But you loved him, and he you - and that's what made you so precious to each other. He will pass very loved (and spoiled) and that is the best goodbye for you both.

Thanks

Oh no :( I'm so sorry.

When my old cat was dying, I used to carry him to his favourite spots so he didn't have to walk. I'd lie him in a patch of sun, for example. Fed him salmon and anything he wanted. Lay still for hours so he could sleep on top of me.

You're lovely to want to make his last days comfortable and special Thanks

Tuna it is then. I know that Seniorboy's diet has gone to pot since he got old - life is a series of treats for him unless something is actively bad.

Fresh roast chicken usually goes down well or some nice bits of moist ham.

Sorry to hear this, I have just been through it. Treasure his last days, lots of cuddles and photos, Iooking back on my cuddles has really helped me. Take it all one day at a time. Xx
