Cat changed eating habits

We adopted a 1 year old cat 3 months ago. She was quite skinny when she arrived and was constantly eating. After a while that slowed down and although we always put down both for her, she seemed to much prefer wet to dry food. Recently, this has changed and she is mainly eating biscuits. She does eat very small quantities of the wet food but this results in much stinkier poos and very smelly wind. Is this normal? She seems fine in herself.

Try a cereal free biscuit with added taurine if she prefers dry. You can't make them eat meat if they don't want to.

Just change her water bowl daily because she'll need extra water if she isn't getting it from wet food.
