Dramatic, but please people, DO NOT allow your cats anywhere near Lilies. (All of them). They are DEADLY. It's not just pollen, but leaves, petals and any part of the plant.

DH & I had to have our beloved, gorgeous dear 4 year old cat PTS this weekend because he had renal faliure - caused by Lilies. In a million years, I don't want others to experience the grief and the week that we've just had.

Please don't have Lilies anywhere near your cats. It's not worth it.

So sorry to hear that Quiet. Sad. It's devastating to have to go through this.

Thank you for the warning.

Now slugs I didn't know about.

So sorry about your boy, QuietTiger. It's just occurred to me that my darling old 3-ago cat died of renal failure. He was a very good age and I put it down to that and his breeding - but it so happens that he was also the last of my Siamese who went outdoors.

And we had lilies in the garden. In profusion.

Sad
