Just wanted to say thank you for the advice and support I have had here regarding my cats cancer, unfortunately she has another effusion and the vet has agreed it is time to PTS, I feel awful, I asked for an appointment tomorrow so I could have one last night with her, but then I will just feel the same tomorrow, I love her dearly and I'm going to miss her so much.

I'm sorry, it's a very hard thing to do, but it is the right thing to do. Remember she doesn't know it's her last day and won't know what's happening - she'll know though that you're with her and be comforted by that.

It is never the right time but you are doing the right thing.

Of course you will miss her- she has been a big part of your life for quite a while- part of the family. It's a horrible decision, but you would feel worse seeing her in pain and deteriorating.Sad

I just keep looking at her little face and my heart sinks and I just want to scream. I love her so much and she is only four, its so unfair.

It really is Sad. I am sure she has brought you much joy, even if it has been only four years.

I'm very sorry, how devastating. You are doing the right and loving thing in taking a vet's advice and ending her suffering when it is the right time. It is very unfair that she has become so sick aged only 4 years. :( I am thinking of you, please post here for support if you would like to. xxx
