Hi everybody.

Would like some advice.

We have had a family of cats dumped by the pub that i work at, a mum dad and at least 5 - 6 kittens that are about 6 weeks old. They are going through are bins etc. They are not ferral just scared of a new place and obviously we are very scary to them. My boss wants rid of them as they do go round the front of the pub and obviously not a look she wants.

I have tried the well know charity and they were about as much use a chocolate fire guard. I have managed to get a trap off one very nice charity who are snowed under but still willing to help. But i somehow need to catch all these cats together and the trap will shut as soon as one of them goes in. I don't want the kittens to be without mum or the other way round.

The mum is limping and the kittens have all got conjunctivitus.

Any tips on how to make sure that i don't separate this little family.

We have been feeding them regulary and they are getting a bit better but are still wary.

How sad, depending on where you are in the country, an independant cat rescuer would be better than one of the big ones.
Can't be any more help I'm afraid. I don't know anyone on this board who does cats.
